The war start in a time before the any one clan ruled over all the DarkLands. At the time the DarkRuby clan was the most powerful and wealthy in land. At that time the war was little clans fighting over land yet no blood shared.
But before all that the DarkLands were better known as Nefilius (Light within Dark) on the plant Deftilus, others called it DarkLands do to the clans that occupied every inch. Clans lived in peace with eachother Farming, hunting, noble and pesents, everyone was egual amoung the lands. Money was the trade of goods, Music was heard all around. It was a peaceful land. Clans traveled by land sea and air, each clan could transform into any animal they wish. It was easy for any one to go from one clan's land to another, and no one feared to travel. Power was measured in land, most clans were equal of this and if one wasn't they were not considered any less. These clans where ones such as the DarkDiamond, DarkEmeralds cleans that where more women, a curse upon them that not a soul knows once a male of they clan mated and their first born created the male dies. The women of these clans stuck with in the other clans taking on mortal mates so the other clans would not feel harmed or threatened. It worked well for them, and there were those other clans such as the DarkDreams, Fairs which live in the trees and tall grass plans they stood only four inches tall, the DarkWhispers, Dwarf clan that mined under ground and in the mountains ranges. Then the DarkWaters, which lived with in the lakes streams rivers and ocean surrounding the lands. And the last two DarkHearts and DarkLight Vampire shapeshifters nomad clans, but they worked as all others had to help the lands prosper and grow. The Moonstone Clan one of three clans that did not have Dark part of their name. Moonstone was one of the Elven clans a peaceful none war clan, living in the trees, they where also the smallest of the Elven clan standing two feet in height. They were close to the DarkDreams living close together and helping eachother.
Though women of the other clans where not like their male counterparts they had a nobler life then other clans. These clans the Warriors, Knights, hunters and protectors stood with in the circle of the Council of Clans, the weaker or clans of no land did not complain knowing they were protected within the circle. The Stryder Clan DarkSapphire DarkRuby DarkGarnet and Dark Steel Clans where the most powerful holding the most warriors and Knights within. Protection was their motto no matter which clan needed it these clans went to help. All being shapeshifters, the moved easily through the lands. They were not only the largest in members but the largest in size clanmen stood no less then seven feet, the women stood no less then six feet, though they didn't fight like their males they born great men and women to the clan. Children in these clans were raised together the younger boys learning how to fight by the older. And never were these clans left unprotected. Clan such as the DarkFalcon, DarkRaven, DarkSpars DarkWolf DarkLords and the DarkFangs where equal to the others their members number just as great but their size wasn't as large. Only the DarkTitan could compare in physical size but their members were fewer. Many like the DarkWolf, DarkPhantom, DarkLords, DarkRyders , DarkHunters, DarkHaven and DarkWalkers took DarkTitans as mates mixing the blood to build the clans up. The learned many of the women born of the clans mixed blood took more of their mothers clan then fathers. This made the DarkTitans pleased as well as any other clan. There was only one clan that when mixed did not take one clans blood over another. The DarkWolf clan, mating out side the clan created a mixture that proved millions of years later a great choice for them. Clans many mating within their own clans moved to mating within the other clans build clans stronger. Soon to bring new blood in clans earned they can take on mortal mated to bore a child of full blood to the clan. Some of the males only mated the mortal to bore a child since many of the mortals never quite learned to live within the clans. No Clan elder every could explain how a mortal mated to one of the clans males bore a full blooded clan member but it was told through out the clans that it was allowed they had to build their numbers. a female clansmen to bore a child from a mortal the child would be of half blood, this was still unexplainable no one could figure out the reason why. But many females did not mate mortals for there were many more males of their clans. The only females to mate mortals where those of the DarkDiamonds and DarkEmeralds do that they were cursed never to mate long after their first born was walking the land. At that time no one know why numbers had to be build it was just family large families were welcome into their world. There were those mortals known to the clans that were unable to be mated they were the loyal's of the clans protectors to the clansmen that slept during the day. These clans DarkRaven, DarkSpars DarkPhantom, DarkNights DarkLords and the DarkSaints kept the homes and fields or those that slept during the sun and hunter for them. Those Loyal to the clan where untouchables to be mated and had to be willing to allow those clans that needed blood to be fed upon. There was also the DarkWaters that had Loyal that helped on land for many things, even though many DarkWaters shifted and where able to walk on land for short times their loyal's where there no mortal loyal allowed their clansmen to come into harm. The tight bond between the loyal and clan where as if blood. A DarkDreams child was said to bore in a flower, nature created the faire's on the land. Many of the clans women bore more then one child at a time, and many bore them hundreds of years apart.
Then there are four clans the DarkDragons raised by the DarkRyders the DarkDragons where the oldest creature in the DarkLands they adopted the DarkRyders for their skill to wheeled a sword or any weapon while on a back of one of the Dragons. And soon the DarkHunters took in raising the DarkWalkers right after the first DarkWalker took on a Dark Titan as a mate they quickly learned that know child bore to them would be smaller then a kitten. The DarkWalkers were lion, able to shift into a mortal form or a lion with wings, now they are Lions as large as a Dragon and can only shift to have wings. They were the only clan to loose their mortal form when DarkTitan blood mixed with theirs. But not a one complained the DarkHunters shifters like all others took care of the DarkWalkers being rides of the bigger beasts.
All these clans Stryder Clan, DarkSapphire, DarkRuby, Moonstone Clan, DarkGarnet, DarkSteel, Bloodstone Clan, DarkEmerald, DarkDiamond, DarkWolf, DarkRaven, DarkFang, DarkBlade, DarkFire, DarkHeart, DarkMelody, DarkWaters, DarkStars, DarkSpars, DarkNights, DarkLords, DarkMorn, DarkHawks, DarkWhispers, DarkHunters, DarkRyders, DarkTitans, DarkDream, DarkWalkers, DarkHaven, DarkWhispers, DarkLights, DarkEagels, DarkPhantom, DarkStrikers, DarkSaints, DarkCrest, DarkDragon, DarkPanthers, DarkPhoenix and DarkWinds, Great clans working together living together in peace. An elder from each clan meeting once a month ruling over the clans making the laws and kept that peace. No clansmen spoke up in hatred no clansmen had a reason to argue with the laws they were fear laws to everyone that lived in the land. Even the mortals appoint one to help in the law making a mortal Loyal that spoke in behalf of the loyal's and none loyal's of the clans. And a Law wasn't passed before an elder could speak with his own clan. Clans agreed many never disagreed it was their way. Their homes where being built after thousand of years, clans pulled closer together. Different clans in one village same blood spread through out the land this never made anything weaker for it became stronger.
The first time any sign of hatred among the land and clans was not directed to clansmen. it was a group of young DarkFalcon, DarkPhoenix, DarkCrest and DarkPanthers that watched as many of the mortals were attacked by beast, vile ugly destructive beast. Some of the clan froze in their tracks others went to help. the mortals watched as the clansmen fought and triumph over the beast. this was the first to bring all mortals together with the dark clans. Many elders came together not knowing that the noble men of the mortals were meeting as well. Everyone wanted to know what the beast were specially the parents of the young clansmen that was harmed the most. he servived but many og the clans healers worked day and night for three full moons to heal him. He took the longest unlike the others that only took no more then one full moon within that time no clansmen was attacked and no mortal as well if a clansmen was near by. But a mortal alone was an easy target. The mortals set restrictions on when they could be outside once the sun came over the mountain till the sun fell and shadows grew over the land mortals wouldn't be seen out of their homes. Once the shadows fell. Mortal knights patrolled the villages by day on foot and by night they kept in towers that soon where build to surround the villages towns and cities. the great attack was the first after that the beast had a hard time finding their pray. Much to the clans ways many wondered why the beast only attacked mortals. the Elders would meet every week trying to figure out just exactly how they could help the mortals that are unwilling to be helped. Many of the clans elders feared the worde some feared for mortals some the clans, not one wanted harm to come to anyone, mortal or immortal. Time ticked away attacks accord once or twice each full moon. The clans brought more laws of their own worried that mortals would blame them yet even with the strict laws the attacks still happened. Soon the clans came together in the city of
The voice of the Stryder clan roared over them "My follow brothers and sister, we called all here do to these attacks. And we all stand here because we all want them to stop. No mortal should be harmed our laws have always stated we protect the mortals and these creatures that have entered our lands have taken mortal life, unknown to many. This disturbs us all greatly and as a elder we need to join arms with the mortals to protect them."
The roar of the crowd was ear piercing. DarkWalkers roar alone the DarkDragons Fire breathed over alls head. The mortals cheers went up as well, as the next elder stood.
The other elders made an announcement warriors knights of the clans willing to sign on would patrol the lands sun up sun down. more cheers went up filling the night air. The elder of the DarkRyders annouced were warriors and knights would go to sign on and get their assignment.
What surpised all was the one called Motiaca Li Fia the one mortals called their King. Many knew he had a deep hatred to the clans for feet that they were immortal and had more power/ to see him take the stage in front of the clans. The clans that stood in their animal forms reased many shifting appearing in the clans clothing ones such that couldn't shift sat and watched. King Motiaca Li Fia bowed to each elder before facing the crowd. His voice did not boom ober the crowd as the elders had but everyone stood in silence to listen.
"I came here after long nights with the lords of.... of the mortals." He said as it was easier. "We spoke of how we could take a stand against these beast that have attacked our own. We came to the knowledge that we would not stand a chance against these things. We would loose many and are unable to heal the injured. I personally do not wish that on any man mortal or immortal.:
He bowed his head again taking the crown off his head as he spoke softer but all could still hear. : Kings should be able to rule over all fairly and to be King of these lands I have not done it justice for I was once handed the crown not by my father but by a wise man with all our discussions to be made one was unanimous. The crown of Nefilius should go on the head of one who will be able to keep these lands together and all safe with in."
He then turned and every clansmen looked on as he handed the crown of the mortals to the elders. Then he got on one knee and bowed all mortals in the crowd followed him as did many of the clansmen.
The following full moon not a soul was harmed and many moons and summers past without a sight of the beast. Mortals patrolled during the day side by side with the clans. The elders gave the crown to Fasieco DarkStryd of the Stryder clan the leader of the clans the most powerful clan. And the crown would be passed down until his last blood then the next Clan would take control. The elders set this rule of the crown up but their were many that spoke now in the mortal world and the clans of the prophecy that the Kingdom would be ruled by one that can walk amoung heaven hell and Deftilus commanding the Angels Demons all the walked Deftilus.
The lands were free peace and quiet mortals trained along side the clansmen in the art of battle. many found that they could learn to control much of the clans magic. it took long years of schooling and it was an honor for a young boy of mortals mortals to enter a school along side the young clansmen. it also became an honor for a young mortal women to bore a child to a clan then marry another mortal. This honor brought mortals closer to the clans even though the born child of a mortal would never know their birth mother. It was tradition and to this day was still tradition and honor to bore a clansmen child. The married lifemate women of the clans if a child born to the mortal would be taken in but a mated couple of the clan. If a woman was yet to be a life mate and soon found that life mate she would take on the children born to him if they were at a young age. Once a male clansmen found his lifemate he would be unable to father a child with any other then his mate. There was other ways to become on of the clans but these ways where more dangerous embracing's where not as common in the clans do to many go insane with the blood exchange of some of the clans and the bit of the wolves of the others. Then there is what the clans called to CALLING a bloodstone or soulstone or lifestone was placed with in one that was near death through a ceremony held by only a few with in the clans, The stone of the soul that held the ones desired clan was embraced into the mortals body then that mortal was given blood to live on. When the CALLING is down in its three parts the one with that stone is a full DarkLands Clansmen his memories hold all of that clans history and what they needed to do to become who they where. Their mortal and now immortal souls combined making them whole again. The CALLING though is of the chosen ones ones that have the power to take on a soul of one of the clans.
Peace and quiet did not last long, the first attack on mortal or clan happened to a group of young men. The boys fought calling out for clan men to come to their aide, the men around came with in seconds surrounding the boys and their attackers. The battle went on the boys fled to the safety of the nearest town calling out what had happened. As the clinging of swords could be heard through the night air. Other warriors followed the sound not one man flinched as they came upon the sight Beast fought with swords many of the clansmen shifted into their animal forms to fight claw for claw. For every three clansmen there was one beast. but it took three to fight one. the roar of the Beast hurt some of the clansmen piercing through them like a sword itself. DarkRyders on the back of DarkDragons swooping out of the skies taking their targot out. It was clansmen on the ground that watched as one Beast would be destroyed to have two appear in its place. DarkHunters rode in on the DarkWalkers with a great number of the clans military in the battle clansmen thought they were controlling the fight. And maybe they were they didn't know though. The battle lasted most of the night, when many of the clansmen felt the sun they made the call to other clans. Clans that could only walk the night needed to fo underground before the sun was fully risen. The call was to those who could walk when the sun was up.
Just as the mind call went out and the feeling of relief was coming the air went still. Dark clansmen stood facing nothing but air. DarkRyders and DarkDragons watched over head as the beast disappeared. The soldiers and warriors as well as knights stood a hush whisper running around "Shadows: they called "they are shadows"
The general of the military stood among the men. He thought the same thing but he didn't go to their King. he went to one of the house Saginetio DarkWolf. Soon the house was called the King was told and the Military excelled in their combat training.
Battles like thefirst repeated among the clans and the shadows. Shadows attacked and killed many of the DarkDiamonds and DarkEmeralds
A peacefull place where light had shown brightly. Soon turned to the DarkLands with out light. Wars raged in ever part,It was thought that the clans where fighting once again with each other. But after the DarkEmeralds and DarkDiamonds where all killed off not a surviver left, Grand DarkWolf the third in command under his grandfather Saginetio and not to take the throne for many years over a million, pulled the leading clans into a meeting. Every head of each Clan knew that this wasn't a clan war this was an attack of the shadows. Now known as the DarkShadows given to them by one woman who died when a soldier found her on the floor of a burned house. she whispered about how they appeared and when the story got back to the House and the King it they where named the DarkShadows but to their surprise they where not the only ones there. Others bigger then the Shadows made a evil hissing should that the woman called them Niefities Dark clans in the lands that feed off death. Many years they did not attack but it was only knew that the other clans found out they were planing the great war of the clans. The House sat many nights working on each plan of attack the military carried out the plans. But nothing the each trace of the DarkShadows and the Niefities led no where. Then the un thinkable happened the DarkRuby clan was destroyed, yet again another clan no longer with out blood. The Prince of the Stryder clan the strongest clan took the throne.
When the battles seattled down clans and mortals celerbrated births weddings and life. One marriage wasknown through out the lands when Ston DarkWolf married Heavenil the young princess of the
Even with the attackes the men already created a safe haven for the women and children they just did not know how long it would last form attack itself. Grand DarkWolf's son took command of the military, fighting along side them unlike many of the commanders before him. And during that time the Great Clans becoming one under one flag the Dark Assassin's in hopes to control of the lands. When the DarkShadows and Niefities retreated the men with family would take that time to visit. Stone DarkWolf took that time to see his daughters Laidia, and that first time home he met who his family and many women said was his daughter Phanther. Yet not him nor any other knew of her before hand, During that time home he spent a good fifty years with his family another child a girl born naming her Timber. Nothing was more joyful to the clans the war had come to a holt for years the women and children where aloud to join their men, Soon the un thinkable happened another attack on a Clans leader their prince Merrick DarkFalcon Laidia DarkWolf husband who had Married and already had three children of together was assassinated within the walls of the DarkAssassins Castle. The Clans sware then that this war would stopit had to the DarkShadow's had taken to many of the clans leaders no one knew who would lead if the King shoud dye now. Heavenil pregnant with the youngest child of the DarkWolf child would be born with in the heavens do to the wars and fear. Topela DarkWolf was raised with in the Heavens to learn later on of her people on Deftilus.
The war's were frequent in the lands the Scholars become the warriors. Days, months, years centuries went by, as the Dark Shadows and Niefities attacked the Dark Assassins to only be destroyed by the great warriors of the DarkAssassin lead by the Great Black Knight. The knight appeared the day the Princess's of the DarkWolf clan lead the women and children of the Dark Assassins to a new land,
Laidia soon needed to return to the DarkLands to fight, but as legends told that Black knight was the one that lead the DarkAssassin Army, not a soul knew but many thought Laidia was that knight, for a woman was not to fight in war specially not the princess and soon to be Queen of the lands. But on her return to the clans they thought Phanther was killed by no other then the one of her blood. Found to be a traitor the men did not know how to deal with this fact. Now King, Stone DarkWolf gave the orders to the clans warriors, a heart he could not have even if it was his own daughter. And during this time the DarkShadows and Niefities attacked more frequently. Man died the Great Black Knight lead more into battle.
Days nights battles, and the last battled on crow hill was the battle that defeated the DarkShadows and Niefities, The Black Knight held the that called him self the prince of Niefities His soldiers stood down but something deep in the gut of the DarkAssassins Great Black Knight, he cute the throat of the Niefities Prince controlling the elements set a bolt of Lighting into the dying body. To the eyes there of the DarkAssassins every Niefities died with their prince, The DarkShadows swear their return but to this day the knights that stay within the DarkLands Buio Terra Di Nessuno Nefilius report no action of the DarkShadows greater then live stock going missing.
The DarkLand wars where over many of the men had to find their way to their families,
On a Plant called Lifisoris, Queen Laidia had picked those that she knew would be able to be with in a world unknown and be able to grow and build. She made her sister Timber untill her return princess of Caspia countries such as Eriusia to the DarkFalcon, Ualavi was given to the DarkMorns, Piaca to the DarkCrest, Navian to the DarkLords, Salipiane to the DarkRaven, Tuinefil to the DarkPhoenix, Aulnesq to the DarkWalkers, Isfevia to the DarkTitan and Maigi was to the DarkWaters. Princesses or Princes of the clans choosen by Queen Laidia DarkWolf to keep the knew world Lifisoris from turning into what the Nefilius (darklands) of the old world Deftilus became. We all work together making sure the harm down to your old world will never come to this one. We live and work along side many Humans, Mortals and Immortals, that have traveled through portals and warmholes to reach Lifisoris, under the one rule of Caspia.
Great scholars, Warriors Assassins lived again. The peace of all the land of the great clans a mystical world between past and furture the portal of all worlds. Lie in the center of
The portals and warmholes are still to this day able to be traveled through but the Senate and Council have deemed it that only the warriors may pass through to the DarkLands Buio Terra Di Nessuno Nefilius and Caspia and only to free POWs
